Service Description

Need a mid day break and don't have a lot of time? Come to Brigham Tavern for a Sound Snack!! Relax for 45 minutes in a zero gravity chair as I weave a web of sound that helps relief stress, quiets mind chatter, and aids in deep rest. After our sound session, a simple homemade bagged lunch is available to ground and nourish your body for the rest of the afternoon. Brown Bagged Lunch includes: 2 veggie and cheese egg muffins (mindfully made with eggs from our chickens) Homemade chocolate chip cookies (my hubby makes the BEST!) a piece of fruit custom blended tea - Please bring a travel mug!
