Frequency and Form is an expressive arts session that combines a live sound bath with bi-lateral drawing to support nervous system regulation and somatic release. This deeply immersive experience weaves live sound healing with intuitive bilateral drawing. As gongs, singing bowls, bells, and drums awaken the space with layered frequencies, you are gently guided into rhythmic drawing using both hands. Sound moves through you. Your hands respond. What is felt becomes form. Through bilateral drawing, both hemispheres of the brain engage in gentle symmetry. This mirrored motion becomes a bridge between logic and intuition, thought and feeling, structure and flow. The result is a meditative state that is both grounded and expansive. Sound dissolves.
