Service Description

Join Erin from Ten Summit Yoga and Wellness and Amy at the NEW Studio 13 location in the beautiful town of Coventry. We will gather around the fire, opening our hearts and deepening focus with the gentle support of cacao, a pure chocolate drink. Amy will support the experience with a sound bath, and will we throwing some wishing papers into the fire. Please dress for the weather!!! Bring a mug, yoga mat or camp chair and anything else that will support your comfort. We will be inside in case of inclement weather.
