Art and Meditation - May

Service Description

Join Amy in the quiet corner of CT for a night of meditation, creation and community. This event falls on the full moon and international turtle day! We will be tapping into the turtle symbols including longevity, protection and wisdom. A partially guided meditaiton supported by sound healing (gong, bowls and other percussion instruments) will help focus your mind. We will then be creating art in community. There is no art expierence needed for this project. We paint with joy as we activate our paintings with a pure heart. You can follow along with the mixed media piece pictured or utilze the studio's vast art supplies to create your own turtle. This class is limited to six. Please reach out with any questions!
